I’d like to ask for prayers for a few friends who are going
through some difficult times. Some are
just overwhelmed with decisions, others have significant health issues, others
have lost loved ones, some have struggled with electric outages and others have
piles of debt they are struggling to dig out from under. There are a few people who are rejoicing
today with the return of their son from active duty, and others who are on well-deserved
vacations.
Dear God, please be with the many people in my life who are
carrying burdens that are too heavy to carry alone. You alone can lighten their loads, and I ask
for your presence in their lives.
Embrace them, strengthen them, help them discern the right paths and let
them experience your love. Amen.
